Beginner Level Chat Support - Remote / No Experience / Part Time

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with users through live chat messaging platforms, similar to Telegram or Slack, to resolve their concerns and provide solutions.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and correct responses that build trust and keep users satisfied.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate.

What We're Looking For:

• Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet connectivity.
• Strong written English communication to interact clearly with customers.

Experience Level:

• This is an entry-level role designed for people starting their journey in online customer support. Full training will be given to help you succeed in the position.
• Prior experience with live chat platforms is not required.
