Beginner Level Chat Support Representative (Temporary / Remote / No Experience Required)

We're hiring a temporary Chat Support Representative to handle customer interactions during our peak season. You'll be the friendly face answering questions about products, managing shipping inquiries, and solving problems with care and accuracy. This short-term role is perfect for someone looking to jump into customer service without any prior experience needed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages via live chat with helpful answers and clear guidance on products and orders.
• Tackle customer questions about inventory, delivery timelines, and account issues with accuracy and speed.
• Make every customer interaction pleasant and constructive.

Pay: $35 per hour

Must Haves:

• A working computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet connection.
• Comfortable writing in English for customer conversations.
• Fresh to the field, we train everyone from scratch, no background required.

• Natural at listening, responding thoughtfully, and working through problems.
• Self starter who manages their time well while working from home.
