Beginner Level Customer Support Representative (Remote / Work from Home / No Experience)

Are you looking for a work-from-home opportunity in customer service? We're seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to handle live conversations with our customers. Main duties: You'll interact with customers via live chat, answer their questions, handle purchase-related inquiries, and create positive interactions with our brand. Day-to-day tasks involve replying to chat requests on our platform and social channels, sharing product details, and letting customers know about current promotions and deals.

Compensation: $35 hourly

Required qualifications:

• You'll need a working device with internet capability for chat and social platforms, Laptop, smartphone, or tablet will work.
• Ability to work independently, stick to guidelines, and handle multiple priorities with ease.
• Willingness to commit at least 5 hours weekly with stable internet access.

Weekly schedule: Adaptable hours between 5 and 40 per week, depending on your personal schedule.

Work location: Work remotely from anywhere, candidates based in the United Kingdom preferred.
