Call Center Representative - Remote / Part Time / No Experience

You'll connect with clients through live chat conversations, handle their concerns, and deliver helpful answers with genuine care.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Respond to customers via live chat, resolving issues and answering questions while maintaining a smooth, professional interaction.
• Handle diverse customer requests including product details, technical support, and general assistance to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Complete onboarding and ongoing training programs to build expertise with our offerings and stay current with updates.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly wage.

What we need from you:

• A working internet connection and device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and ownership of your work.
• Willingness to commit at least 10 hours weekly.

Qualifications and experience:

• Prior work history not necessary, thorough training will be supplied to prepare you for success.
• Excellent written communication abilities and a customer-centric mindset with genuine patience.

Work location:

• Fully remote position, candidates from the United States strongly preferred.
