We're seeking a dedicated Live Chat Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to visitors on our e-commerce platform. You'll communicate with shoppers through written chat channels to resolve their questions, enhance their buying journey, and build lasting customer relationships.
Your Daily Tasks:
- Start your shift by logging into the chat system and connecting with incoming customer messages, responding quickly to their needs.
- Take advantage of chat platform tools to handle routine inquiries with speed, and consult with your team lead when facing more difficult customer situations.
- Complete a quick onboarding session lasting 1-2 hours prior to your first day, so you're confident and ready to deliver great support.

Rate: $35 per hour
Primary Duties:
- Deliver attentive, courteous messaging support to customers browsing our online store.
- Handle customer problems, respond to requests, and walk customers through our platform features using available resources and training materials.
- Work alongside your lead and peers to strengthen overall service standards and customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- A computer or mobile device with stable internet access to handle chat conversations.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards and following company procedures carefully.
- Flexible schedule allowing 5 to 40 hours weekly, paired with consistent internet connectivity.
Experience and Qualities:
- Prior chat support experience is not required, comprehensive training will be provided to all hires.
- Excellent written communication abilities and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple conversations in a fast-paced setting.
Location: 100% remote, preferably based in the United States.
