Chat Support Representative (Entry Level / No Experience Required)

What you will be doing: In this Online Chat Support role, you'll be the go-to person when customers reach out. You'll handle inquiries through live messaging systems across different websites and social channels, supporting both prospective and returning customers with their needs and problems.

Contract length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed:

• You'll need a connected device capable of accessing social platforms and website chat systems, whether that's a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Strong ability to manage your own workload, paired with excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following procedures.
• A commitment to working at least 10 hours weekly and access to reliable internet connectivity throughout your shift.

Hours per week: Flexible scheduling starting at 10 hours weekly, with room to expand as your schedule permits.

Location: Position operates entirely remotely. While we especially welcome candidates from the United Kingdom, we're open to capable people anywhere and can accommodate quick onboarding.
