This full-time opportunity features schedule flexibility and overtime availability during busy periods. You'll handle customer questions, share product details, and resolve problems using our intuitive chat interface that works much like Facebook Messenger.
Core Duties:
- Handle incoming customer messages via live chat and email by consulting our comprehensive Knowledge Base.
- Deliver reliable details about what we offer, handle customer feedback thoughtfully, and create positive interactions.
- Conduct yourself with integrity and embody company standards during all customer touchpoints.
- Work alongside colleagues to strengthen support quality and exchange effective strategies.
Compensation and Benefits:
