Chat Support Representative - No Phone Calling / Remote

Looking for driven customer service professionals with strong communication skills? We're building our chat support team and need individuals who excel at helping customers through written conversation. You'll answer product questions, resolve technical concerns, and guide users through our ordering process using messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger.

Core Duties:

• Engage with customers in real-time chat conversations to respond to questions about our offerings and services.
• Identify and resolve customer problems related to products and orders, ensuring quick and accurate responses that boost satisfaction levels.
• Share product details, recommend solutions based on customer needs, and support the checkout and return procedures.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly.

What You'll Need:

• A dependable computer, mobile device, or tablet paired with consistent internet access.
• Solid English writing proficiency to communicate clearly and professionally with clientele.

Experience/Qualifications:

• This role welcomes newcomers to customer support with the motivation to develop their skills. Prior chat support background is not required since we provide full onboarding and training.
