Chat Support Specialist - OnlyFans

We're recruiting English-speaking professionals to serve as Chat Support Specialists supporting digital content creators who utilize OnlyFans and similar platforms. This position operates entirely through text-based messaging, eliminating any telephone requirements. You can be based anywhere globally. Our creator clients require capable support staff to manage real-time customer conversations, address subscriber questions, and foster community interaction across the OnlyFans platform.

Primary responsibilities: In this Chat Support Specialist position, you'll be responding to messages from followers and paying members directly within the platform interface. Day-to-day tasks include answering subscriber questions, delivering product and service details, distributing promotional links, and presenting special promotional offers to boost follower satisfaction and retention.

Employment term: Ongoing, no fixed end date

Compensation: $35 hourly rate

Required qualifications and experience:

• Possession of an internet-connected device such as a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
• Capability to operate independently and adhere to comprehensive procedural guidelines.
• Minimum 5 hours weekly availability coupled with stable broadband connectivity.

Weekly schedule options: Adaptable hours, ranging between 5 and 40 hours weekly based on your schedule and capacity.
