Chat Support Specialist (Remote / Beginner Level)

We're seeking a Chat Support Specialist to deliver outstanding customer assistance in a completely remote environment. In this position, you'll interact with customers through live chat and email, troubleshoot their concerns, and create positive interactions every single time. If you genuinely enjoy supporting people and excel in quick-moving settings, this could be your ideal fit.

Core Duties:

• Address customer messages via live chat and email quickly, demonstrating genuine care and attention to detail.
• Listen to what customers need, deliver appropriate help, and forward difficult situations to supervisors as needed.
• Build strong knowledge about our offerings so you can guide customers with confidence.
• Build rapport with coworkers and consistently identify opportunities to strengthen our customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Solid written and verbal English communication abilities.
• A dependable internet connection and access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
• Prior chat support experience is not required, only genuine enthusiasm to develop professionally.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly, adjustable based on your contributions and commitment.

Hours:
