Customer Care Agent (Remote / No Experience)

We're looking for a Customer Care Agent to deliver outstanding support and keep our customers happy. Your role will be essential to our success, as you'll assist customers with their concerns, use your understanding of our offerings to find solutions, and build strong customer connections.

In this fully remote position, you'll communicate with customers through digital channels such as Facebook Messenger without needing to meet in person.
