Customer Care Chat Representative (Fully Remote)

We're looking for a Customer Care Chat Representative to serve as an essential connection between our organization and the people we serve. In this role, you'll handle inquiries about our health plans, offering guidance and assistance to members, healthcare providers, and colleagues across the company. Every conversation you have makes a meaningful difference.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages via live chat integrated into our website and social channels, helping both current subscribers and prospective individuals find the information they need.
• Handle a variety of customer concerns with prompt, precise, and thorough responses tailored to each person's needs.

Employment Terms:

• Ongoing, with no specified end date.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly.

What We're Looking For:

• Access to an appropriate device, whether smartphone, tablet, or computer, capable of accessing chat systems and social media platforms.
• Self-motivation, careful attention to detail, and a courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Willingness to commit a minimum of 10 hours each week.
• Dependable high-speed internet access from your home location.

Time Commitment:
