Customer Chat Support Specialist Entry Level

Do you thrive in customer-facing roles and love helping people solve problems through online chat? We're looking for motivated individuals to fill Entry Level Customer Chat Support Specialist positions. Prior experience isn't required, since we'll provide thorough onboarding and training to prepare you for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via live chat to address questions, troubleshoot concerns, and deliver support.
• Providing guidance across multiple areas including product details, service information, and technical solutions.
• Drawing on available systems and resources to furnish timely, accurate, and relevant information to customers.

Contract Length: Ongoing, flexible arrangement.

Compensation: $35 hourly.

Required Qualifications:

• Stable internet connection and a compatible device for accessing chat platforms and web interfaces, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone.
• Capability to function both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent written communication abilities and proficiency in comprehending and executing detailed directions.
• Flexibility to commit a minimum of 5+ hours weekly.

Weekly Hours: 5 – 40 hours.

Work Environment: Fully remote, work from anywhere (candidates based in the United States preferred).
