What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer customer questions instantly through live chat channels on websites and social media platforms.
• Resolve issues, provide helpful information, and walk customers through available offerings.
• Keep interactions courteous and professional while managing a range of different request types.

Employment Terms:

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A computer or mobile device with dependable internet access capable of running chat and social platforms.
• Capacity to manage your own workflow and concentrate without constant oversight.
• Strong attention to detail when executing multi-step processes and guidelines.
• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours weekly to this position.
• High-speed, consistent internet access required at all times.

Schedule:

• Work on your own schedule with a baseline of 10 hours minimum each week.
