We're building our customer support team and looking for responsive, detail-oriented professionals to handle chat conversations with our customers. In this position, you'll be the primary point of contact for people reaching out with questions and concerns. Your goal will be to listen carefully, solve problems quickly, and leave every customer feeling heard and taken care of.
Key Duties:
- Answer customer questions through chat and email channels, working toward fast resolutions.
- Get comfortable with our product lineup and current offers so you can give accurate information.
- Take pride in customer satisfaction scores and strive to surpass performance targets.
- Switch between different systems and handle several conversations at once while keeping response times short.
