Customer Service Live Chat Agent (Remote)

Do you enjoy connecting with customers and excel at written communication? We're seeking a Live Chat Support Specialist to deliver outstanding assistance entirely through chat-based interactions, no phone required. In this role, you'll engage with customers in real-time, answer their questions quickly, walk them through available options, and work to resolve concerns with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver immediate assistance through live chat channels, tackling customer questions and creating satisfying interactions.
• Leverage digital platforms to troubleshoot issues, share details about offerings, and assist visitors with navigating our site.
• Work alongside colleagues to maintain uniform service quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Compensation:

• $35 per hour

What We're Looking For:

• Stable internet connection and an appropriate device (computer, smartphone, or tablet).
• Solid English language abilities and genuine interest in creating positive customer interactions.

Experience and Abilities:

• Prior live chat roles aren't required, comprehensive onboarding provided.
• Fast and accurate typing combined with the capacity to manage multiple conversations at once in busy conditions.

• Fully remote position (applicants from United States preferred).
