What You'll Do: In this Live Chat Customer Service Representative position, you'll be the frontline contact handling customer questions and concerns through real-time chat conversations. Your responsibilities include engaging with both loyal and prospective customers, delivering timely assistance, troubleshooting problems, and supporting purchase decisions across our digital channels and social platforms.

Contract Duration: Indefinite

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via live chat, managing inquiries, solving customer problems, and supporting transaction completion.

Requirements:

• Must own a dependable computing device with broadband internet for accessing chat systems and social channels (smartphone, tablet, or computer).
• Able to operate with minimal supervision while adhering to established workflows and guidelines.
• Must commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly and maintain consistent internet connectivity.

Skills/Background:

• Prior customer service background is not necessary, comprehensive onboarding included.
• Strong written communication abilities, self-motivation, and accountability matter greatly.
• Must demonstrate careful attention to detail while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
