We're hiring a Technical Support Representative to deliver outstanding assistance to our customers. This position involves responding to customer questions and feedback, processing transactions, diagnosing technical problems, and referring complex cases to appropriate departments. You'll communicate with customers across multiple platforms, and the ability to remain calm and empathetic when speaking with upset individuals is essential. Experience with social media platforms would be a plus.
Full onboarding and training will be provided to prepare you for success in this role. We're actively seeking individuals who can begin right away.

Compensation: $35 hourly
