We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding assistance through live chat conversations. This entry-level opportunity lets you support customers with their questions, walk them through product features, and create positive interactions, all without handling phone calls.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through live chat, responding to inquiries and concerns in real time.
- Share product and service details to help customers make confident purchasing choices.
- Handle customer problems effectively and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Keep detailed records of each customer conversation and any feedback received.
