Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in real-time chat conversations across company websites and various social media channels.
• Answer customer questions, guide them toward solutions, share promotional offers, and process discount codes while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor throughout every interaction.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate.

What We're Looking For:

• A compatible device with stable internet connection capable of supporting chat applications, whether that's a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
• Solid written English communication abilities to ensure clear, professional customer interactions.
• Previous work background is not required, thorough onboarding and training will set you up for success in this position.
