Customer Support Associate - US (Remote)

Are you someone who loves supporting customers and has strong problem-solving skills? We're seeking a Customer Support Associate to work remotely from anywhere in the US. In this position, you'll interact with customers across multiple platforms, including email and live chat, delivering quick and effective resolutions to their concerns.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Handling customer messages and inquiries through live chat and other communication channels, responding professionally and promptly to each request.
• Offering guidance and support across various topics, working to ensure every customer feels heard and satisfied.
• Working alongside colleagues to refine support procedures and boost overall service quality.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• A reliable device for work, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, along with dependable internet service.
• Strong capacity to operate autonomously, with excellent focus and organizational habits.
• Willingness to commit at least 10 hours weekly with consistent, high-quality internet connectivity.

Hours per Week: Flexible, 10+ hours
