Customer Support Chat Specialist Level 1 - No Experience Necessary

What You'll Do: Operating as a Live Chat Support Representative, you'll field customer inquiries and deliver assistance across our website chat and social media channels. This position focuses on troubleshooting obstacles and responding to questions from both existing customers and prospective clients interested in learning more.

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support through live chat, assisting visitors with their challenges and walking them toward workable answers.
• Connect meaningfully with each customer to identify their actual needs and craft relevant, attentive answers.
• Document all customer exchanges, comments, and outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• You'll need a functioning device with reliable internet to use our chat platforms and social channels, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
• Capacity to manage tasks on your own while adhering to established guidelines and operational standards.
• Minimum 10 hours weekly availability with dependable connectivity throughout your shift.

Skills/Background:

• Prior experience with chat support work is not necessary, we provide thorough onboarding and training.
• Strong written communication abilities, analytical thinking, and genuine interest in helping others are crucial.
• Qualities like empathy, active listening, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement will set you up for success.
