Entry Level Chat Assistant - Remote for Moms (Part Time)

You'll be connecting with shoppers and customers through real-time chat, answering their questions and guiding them toward solutions across various websites and messaging channels. We don't expect previous experience, as comprehensive onboarding will prepare you to handle any situation with confidence.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engage with visitors through live chat conversations, delivering helpful guidance and product details to support their purchasing decisions.
• Handle both customer support requests from repeat clients and initial inquiries from prospective buyers seeking assistance.
• Access the messaging interface daily, manage active chats, and deliver quick turnaround on responses.

Compensation: $35 hourly rate.

What We're Looking For:

• A computer, mobile device, or tablet with stable internet connectivity.
• Proficiency in written communication using professional English.
• Self-direction, ability to follow guidelines precisely, and strong time management skills.

Time Commitment: Flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 10+ hours per week expected.
