Entry Level Chat Operator (Remote / No Experience)

Do you enjoy real-time conversations and have a passion for delivering excellent service? We're seeking motivated individuals to work as Entry Level Chat Operators. This position involves interacting with customers through live chat, answering their questions, suggesting products that match their needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere from your home office.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
You'll serve as the initial contact point for our customer base, supporting them through chat conversations. Your day will involve handling customer questions, supplying details about what we offer, and sharing special deals to make interactions more valuable.

Compensation: $35 hourly rate.

What we need from you:

• Stable internet connection and a working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet.
• Solid English language ability and strong written communication.

Experience and qualities:

• Previous chat support experience is not required as comprehensive onboarding will be provided.
• Capacity to manage your own workload and execute tasks with precision.
