Entry Level Chat Support (Remote, No Experience, Part Time)

We're seeking a Remote Live Chat Support Agent to handle real-time customer conversations and provide helpful guidance through our chat platform. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll answer questions, explain product details, and solve problems on the spot. Core Duties:

• Respond to customers in real-time chat sessions, handling questions about products, troubleshooting concerns, and delivering timely resolutions using our chat platform.
• Balance multiple chat conversations at once while remaining courteous and professional.
• Share observations from customer interactions and recommend ways to make the support experience better.

Contract Details:

• Open-ended contract with no specified termination date.

Rate:

• $35 hourly rate, adjusted according to your background and track record.

Requirements:

• Consistent, high-speed internet connection and a computer, phone, or tablet that supports live chat applications.
• Solid written communication abilities and the capacity to understand what customers actually need.
• Previous experience not required, but a genuine focus on customer satisfaction is mandatory.
• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours weekly, with options to scale up to 40 hours per week.
