Entry Level Customer Success Representative (No Experience)

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Connecting with customers through live chat platforms, answering questions promptly, and facilitating order fulfillment and merchandise exchanges.
• Managing administrative work such as inputting sales documentation and processing claims, in addition to generating shipping documents and building sample inventories for promotional departments.
• Delivering exceptional support experiences that strengthen customer relationships and boost retention metrics.

Compensation: $35 hourly rate.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A computer, smartphone, or tablet with capabilities to access social platforms and web-based messaging systems.
• Capacity to function autonomously while following protocols and workplace standards.
• Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability commitment.
• Consistent, high-speed broadband connection.

Time Commitment: Adaptable scheduling, available from 5 to 40 hours each week.

Work Environment: 100% remote position, open to professionals throughout the continental United States.
