Entry Level Email Chat Support Job (Work at Home / Immediate Start)

Looking to launch your professional journey from your living room? We're hiring customer service specialists for our remote Email Chat Support team. Previous experience isn't required since we'll bring you up to speed with thorough onboarding. Your Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming live chat messages with quick, helpful responses to customer inquiries.
• Managing customer communications via email and chat platforms, addressing questions, sharing product information, and facilitating promotional offers.
• Working with various software platforms to keep conversations flowing smoothly and stay well organized.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Qualifications Required:

• A dependable computer or mobile device with the capability to handle chat platforms and web applications (Smartphone/Tablet/Desktop).
• Self-motivated approach to work, with the discipline to meet assigned schedules and follow established protocols.
• Willingness to commit at least 5 hours weekly, plus consistent high-speed internet access.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
