Operating entirely from home, you'll manage customer interactions, process documentation, and assist with content development. This position suits people who are tech-comfortable, possess strong interpersonal abilities, and maintain excellent attention to detail.
What you will be doing: You'll interact with customers through live chat windows on our partners' websites and social platforms, answering questions, guiding them through purchasing decisions, and delivering helpful support whenever needed.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need reliable internet connectivity and a device capable of managing website and social platform conversations. Independence, precision, and a willingness to commit at least 5 hours monthly are essential. Thorough onboarding support is provided so you'll feel confident from day one.
Hours per week: Flexible scheduling between 5 and 40 hours according to your availability.
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access, candidates in the United Kingdom preferred.
