We're building out our Customer Support division and need conversational, helpful people who can handle live chat interactions. If you're able to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours each week, with flexibility to scale up to 20 hours, this could be a great fit. Our busiest periods run Monday through Thursday, and we're looking for people who can be responsive during those times.
What You Will Do: You'll be the human behind the screen, answering customer questions through live chat on our digital properties. This means reading messages, understanding what customers need, sharing relevant product pages, and letting people know about current promotions or special pricing available to them.
Contract Duration: Open-ended, with no set expiration date.
Rate: $35 per hour.
