We're seeking a Live Chat Support Specialist to become part of our growing support team. In this role, you'll handle customer interactions through web-based chat, using various software platforms to access account information, review details, and deliver practical solutions in a busy, interactive environment.
Day-to-day, you'll craft thoughtful, friendly, and informative messages to address customer questions submitted via email and live chat during your scheduled hours.
What You'll Do:
- Complete an onboarding and orientation program designed to familiarize you with the role and our business operations.
- Access our chat platform each day to respond to customer messages, addressing both service-related and sales-oriented requests.
- Reference our support materials and knowledge base to craft responses, with consistent guidance from our experienced team members.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via live chat, delivering clear and accurate assistance in a high-volume setting.
- Leverage available systems and reference materials to resolve inquiries efficiently while upholding service standards.
- Work alongside support colleagues to refine processes and boost overall customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Access to an internet-connected device, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet, to manage messaging and online platforms.
- Self-directed work style combined with the ability to absorb and apply written and verbal guidance consistently.
Skills/Background:
- Prior chat support experience is not necessary, as we offer thorough onboarding and training resources.
- Strong written communication abilities and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers succeed.
- Resourceful mindset with a constructive attitude toward addressing challenges and supporting customers.
