Entry Level Remote Part Time Chat Operator

Do you want to work from home while making great use of your interpersonal abilities and dedication to helping customers? We're seeking part-time Chat Operators who genuinely enjoy resolving customer concerns and providing timely responses via our messaging platform. No background in customer service is necessary, which makes this an excellent starting point for anyone interested in breaking into the support industry.

The main focus of your day will be connecting with our live chat interface to handle customer questions and concerns. These might involve requests about our products, technical assistance, or general inquiries about purchasing. You'll have access to detailed documentation that covers frequently asked questions, and our helpful colleagues are ready to step in whenever you encounter something more challenging.

Rate: $35 per hour

What we're looking for includes a stable internet setup and a computer that can handle different web-based tools, plus a comfortable working knowledge of English to communicate clearly. Though experience isn't required, you'll find success here if you can manage multiple tasks at once and have the ability to look up information independently online.

Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours

Location: Completely work from home, with preference given to applicants in the United States.
