Entry Level Virtual Chat Support (Remote / No Experience)

We're building out our customer support team and need someone to handle live chat interactions on our platform. As a Chat Support Assistant, you'll help shoppers find what they're looking for, answer their questions in real-time, and suggest products that match their interests. This is your chance to make a real difference in how customers experience our service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to customers through our chat system, solving problems and helping them navigate their shopping journey.
• Complete 7-hour daily shifts by accessing our Shopify-based system to chat with customers in real-time.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly, reflecting the importance of the support you provide.

What We're Looking For:

• A functioning device, whether computer or phone, with reliable internet connectivity for chat support work.
• Zero experience required, we'll train you completely on everything you need to succeed.
• Self-motivation and strong attention to detail when it comes to following processes.

Work Location:
