Freelance Customer Chat Support Agent (Remote)

This position centers on engaging directly with site visitors through instant messaging platforms, where you'll deliver quick and reliable assistance. Haven't worked in this field before? Your Responsibilities:

• Handle live chat conversations to respond to inquiries, assist with purchasing decisions, and communicate special offers on client websites and social channels.

Contract Length: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports messaging apps and chat platforms.
• Capacity to function independently and adhere closely to directions.
• Willingness to commit at least 5 hours weekly.
• Consistent, dependable internet access.

Weekly Hours: Flexible scheduling from 5 to 40 hours per week.

Location: Work from anywhere with strong consideration given to candidates based in the United States.
