Home Based Chat Support Representative - Entry Level (Immediate Start / No Experience Required)

Your responsibilities: You'll be managing incoming customer messages via live chat channels, addressing concerns and answering questions. Comprehensive onboarding will be provided to equip you with knowledge about frequently asked questions and best practices for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Compensation: $35 hourly rate

Qualifications needed:

• A computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity suitable for managing website and social platform messaging systems.
• Capability to work independently while adhering to clear instructions and guidelines.
