Hourly Live Chat Agent - Remote / No Experience

Do you enjoy helping customers solve problems through written communication? We're looking for thoughtful people who excel at providing top-notch support through chat platforms, without needing to handle phone conversations.

In this Hourly Live Chat Agent role, you'll interact with customers in real-time through chat, resolving their concerns, walking them through procedures, and making sure they're satisfied with their experience. No previous background required, we'll train you thoroughly to succeed from day one.

Compensation: $35 hourly rate

Key responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer messages through chat channels
• Help customers with questions about products, check order details, and resolve technical issues
• Deliver practical answers and create positive interactions for every customer
• Build comprehensive knowledge of all offerings to give knowledgeable recommendations

What we need from you:

• A computer or mobile device with stable internet connection
• Solid English writing skills and reading comprehension
• Capacity to work autonomously and take direction well
• Willingness to commit to a minimum of 10+ hours weekly

Work location: Completely remote, you can work from your preferred location, though we primarily seek applicants based in the United States.
