Level 1 Chat Support Agent (Remote / No Experience / Part Time)

We're hiring a Level 1 Chat Support Agent to serve as the initial contact point for customers using our live chat platform. Your work will be critical in maintaining excellent customer service standards, quickly addressing customer concerns, and keeping thorough records of every conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding support through live chat by actively listening to customer needs and responding with genuine care.
• Reference our resource materials and apply critical thinking to quickly address and resolve customer problems.
• Create thorough and precise records documenting every customer interaction, issue presented, and solution provided.
• Navigate challenging situations with speed and composure, working to satisfy frustrated customers professionally.

Rate:

• $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• You'll need a working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet paired with reliable internet access.
• Competent written English communication is essential for this role.

Skills/Background:

• This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for people starting out in customer support. We provide comprehensive onboarding and training, so prior experience with chat platforms is not necessary.
