Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote - US)

We're looking for conversational and responsive Live Chat Agents to handle real-time customer interactions on behalf of our partner brands. If you excel at connecting with people and solving problems quickly, this could be your next opportunity in remote customer support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Respond to customer messages across Facebook and Instagram channels, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping prospects move forward with purchases.
• Balance multiple concurrent conversations while maintaining a warm, helpful tone throughout each exchange.
• Complete structured training sessions to build your expertise in handling diverse customer scenarios and interactions.

The Opportunity:

• Compensation: $35 hourly rate.
• Agreement: Open-ended contract with full flexibility to adjust or leave whenever you choose.
• Schedule: Set your own pace with availability ranging from 5 to 40 hours weekly.
