Live Chat Representative - Remote Work / Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages regarding wheel and tire products and services.
• Share product specifications, pricing details, and promotional offers to support buying choices.
• Verify product fit compatibility and coordinate appointment bookings through chat.
• Represent our brand through text-based communication on digital and social platforms from your home office.

Compensation: $35 per hour

Qualifications Required:

• Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet with current web browser capabilities.
• Stable, dependable internet service.
• Competent written English communication abilities.
• Prior chat support experience is not required; we supply complete onboarding and instruction.
