Live Chat Representative - Work at Home

Our Sales Team is growing, and we're seeking motivated Live Chat Specialists who bring energy and determination to their work. In this position, you'll handle customer questions about wheels and tires through a web-based chat interface. Your day will involve helping customers navigate their concerns, confirming whether products match their needs, and arranging service visits entirely through written messages.

This opportunity is text-only, meaning no phone calls or in-person meetings are involved. You'll communicate with customers using platforms such as Facebook Messenger, fielding their questions on behalf of companies, sharing relevant product URLs, and highlighting current deals or special offers via website chat or social channels.

Primary Duties:

• Answer customer questions through live chat by offering suggestions, recommending items, and sharing service specifics.
• Help customers verify product compatibility and arrange their service appointments.
• Support the sales process by presenting special offers and promotions that drive customer conversion.

Compensation: $35 hourly.

Qualifications:

• Access to a functioning computer or tablet paired with stable internet service.
• Comfortable communicating in written English at a functional level.
• Entry-level suitable role; full onboarding and instruction included. Prior chat support background not required.

Work Location: Complete remote flexibility available worldwide, though candidates from the U.S. are particularly welcome.
