We're seeking a Chat Support Specialist to become an integral part of our customer service operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support across multiple product lines, helping users, clients, and survey participants successfully use our platforms and overcome any obstacles they encounter with empathy and professionalism.
Leveraging your clear writing abilities and technical knowledge, you'll respond to customer concerns and deliver effective resolutions, transforming difficult interactions into rewarding customer relationships through email and live chat channels.
What You'll Do:
- Function as a live chat support representative, handling customer questions and delivering support via real-time chat on our website and across social channels.
- Address diverse customer needs ranging from simple product details to technical issues, working with both returning customers and new prospects.
Contract Duration: Ongoing
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and precise responses to customer messages across chat and email platforms.
- Apply analytical and creative thinking to resolve customer challenges and concerns, prioritizing positive outcomes.
- Keep thorough records of all customer conversations and observations to support service enhancement.
Requirements:
- You'll need access to a connected device for chat and social media engagement, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards and adherence to guidelines.
- Flexible schedule allowing at least 10 hours weekly with a dependable high-speed connection.
Skills/Background:
- Previous chat support experience is not required, thorough onboarding and training will be supplied.
- Strong written communication skills and solid ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- Willingness to take initiative when solving problems and a genuine focus on customer success.
Location: 100% remote position, with preference for candidates based in the United States.
