Live Chat Support Specialist - Customer Service, No Calling (Remote)

We're seeking a talented individual to handle incoming customer inquiries through our chat channels. In this role, you'll respond promptly to customer needs, answer product questions, and work through technical issues with customers using our established troubleshooting guidelines. Your ability to communicate clearly and resolve concerns efficiently will make you invaluable to our support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages via live chat across multiple platforms, helping customers find answers, select appropriate products, and complete transactions.
• Apply diagnostic procedures and decision trees to pinpoint issues and either fix them directly or pass them along to the appropriate department.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate.

Qualifications:

• Must own a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access to chat platforms and websites.
• Strong ability to manage your own workload and adhere to guidelines without supervision.
• Flexibility to work between 5 and 40 hours weekly.
• Dependable broadband or wifi connection required.

Schedule:

• Part-time and full-time schedules available, with flexibility between 5 and 40 hours per week.

Work Environment:

• Completely work-from-home position, open to applicants based in the United States.
