What You'll Do:

• Complete an in-depth onboarding and training curriculum that covers product knowledge, service standards, and internal processes.

Contract Duration: Open-ended

Rate: $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with visitors through live messaging, delivering helpful information, solutions, and recommendations to elevate their overall satisfaction.
• Reference training materials and knowledge bases to quickly and thoroughly handle customer questions.

Requirements:

• A working internet-connected device to access chat platforms and messaging applications, such as a computer, mobile device, or tablet.
• Capacity to work independently with meticulous attention to precision and thorough compliance with guidelines.
• Ability to dedicate at least 10 hours weekly and maintain consistent, reliable internet access.

Skills/Background:

• Prior experience with chat support is not necessary, comprehensive training will equip you with everything needed.
