You'll connect with shoppers in real-time, answer their product questions, and make their shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, working remotely from wherever you are.
Your Responsibilities:
- Start your shift by accessing the chat system and immediately begin connecting with customers, responding to their concerns, and helping them make confident purchasing choices.
- Make the most of your chat platform tools to handle routine customer requests quickly and escalate complicated matters to your team lead when needed.
- Participate in a brief orientation session, lasting just 1 to 2 hours, to get comfortable with the systems and procedures you'll be using on the job.
Compensation:
- $35 hourly, with variation based on your background and job performance.
Must Have:
- A computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access for handling chat conversations and messages.
- Self-discipline to work without supervision, follow established guidelines, and maintain steady attendance.
- Willingness to work between 5 and 40 hours every week.
