We're actively recruiting Live Chat Support Specialists to enhance our customer communication channels. In this role, you'll handle customer interactions via chat and email, tackle common concerns, and build strong customer relationships that drive long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer messages through live chat and email platforms, offering helpful solutions and ensuring positive interactions.
- Support customers with product information, service details, order-related questions, and sales guidance with promotional offers as needed.
Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, thorough assistance to customers with their concerns and requirements.
- Use written communication channels to build rapport, increase customer lifetime value, and create positive brand experiences.
- Work alongside colleagues to refine customer service approaches and strengthen engagement outcomes.
Requirements:
- Compatible computing equipment for internet access, web browsing, and chat platform usage, such as a computer, mobile device, or tablet.
- Capacity to work autonomously while adhering to instructions and established procedures.
- Flexible scheduling between 5 to 40 hours weekly with consistent, high-speed internet connectivity.
Skills/Background:
- Prior experience not required, as comprehensive onboarding and training are included.
- Strong written communication abilities, dedication to customer satisfaction, and capacity to perform well during busy periods.
Location: Fully remote, with preference for applicants in the United States.
