Your day-to-day will center on chatting with subscribers, answering their questions, helping them navigate the platform's features, and making sure they have a smooth experience. Since this role is entirely remote, you'll need just a computer or mobile device and an internet connection to get started.
What the job looks like: You'll spend your time responding to subscriber messages, troubleshooting platform issues, explaining content offerings, and supporting any related activities through the chat system.
Compensation: $35 per hour
Previous experience isn't required. We'll provide thorough onboarding and training to make sure you're confident and prepared to succeed from day one.
