Operations Chat Support (Part Time, Remote)

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Reference our comprehensive resource materials to deliver reliable, accurate information that strengthens customer confidence and builds lasting relationships.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate, adjusted based on your track record and background.

What We Need From You:

• Consistent access to a computer, phone, or tablet equipped with dependable internet service.
• Self-motivated approach to work, capable of adhering to documented procedures and guidelines.
• Capacity to commit a minimum of 5 hours weekly, with the flexibility to adapt hours around your schedule.

Time Commitment:

• Work anywhere from 5 up to 40 hours each week based on what fits your situation.
