We're hiring a Part-Time Customer Support Agent to handle customer inquiries through email and live chat. You'll deliver responsive, helpful support to every person who reaches out. Never worked in support before? That's okay. We provide thorough onboarding to set you up for success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages via email and live chat, resolving problems and answering questions with speed and accuracy.
- Help customers discover products that fit their needs, share current deals, and walk them through the purchasing process.
- Apply provided resources and guidelines to give reliable, high-quality support that keeps customers happy.
