Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers through live chat and email, addressing their questions and creating positive interactions on our platform.
• Leverage your written communication abilities to quickly identify what customers need and provide helpful guidance through chat and email channels.

Compensation:

• $35 hourly

• A computer, smartphone, or tablet paired with stable internet connectivity.
• Competent English writing abilities to maintain clear conversations with customers.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Perfect for individuals starting their customer support journey. Comprehensive onboarding is included, and previous live chat experience isn't required.
