Part Time Entry Level Live Chat Support

We're seeking a Live Chat Customer Support Agent to handle real-time messaging conversations and deliver outstanding service to our customers. This position is 100% remote and suits people who excel at written communication and take pride in professional customer interactions.

Core Duties:

• Respond to customer messages via live chat across social platforms including Facebook and Instagram, resolving concerns and answering questions.
• Assist with both customer service and sales inquiries, supporting repeat customers as well as prospective buyers.
• Complete comprehensive onboarding to master handling diverse customer requests.
• Document customer information accurately during conversations and arrange follow-up appointments when applicable.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in every customer interaction.

Employment Terms:

Compensation: $35 hourly.

Qualifications:

• Stable broadband connection and a compatible device for messaging platforms and live chat tools, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Self-motivated approach, capable of managing multiple tasks and adjusting to new challenges.
• Meticulous attention to detail with commitment to delivering quality, accurate assistance.
• Previous background is not required, comprehensive instruction included.

Hours:

• Part-time availability with hours varying between 5 and 40 weekly, with possible weekend and holiday shifts.
