Part Time Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote)

We're seeking a conscientious professional to handle customer communications via live chat while managing supporting administrative duties. Your success in this role hinges on strong organizational skills, flexibility across multiple responsibilities, and excellent written English communication. Prior accounting or mathematical background is not needed.

Full onboarding and guidance will be offered, so relevant background isn't a prerequisite. What matters most is your eagerness to master new skills and make meaningful contributions from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems through real-time chat channels across company websites and social media.
• Interact with both current clients and prospective customers, responding to service questions and sales inquiries.

Employment Terms:

Compensation:

• $35 hourly rate.

Qualifications:

• Equipped with a suitable device for accessing chat platforms and social channels (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
• Capable of self-directed work while following established protocols and directives.
• Willing to commit to a minimum of 10 hours weekly.
• Consistent, high-speed internet access.

Time Commitment:

• Minimum 10 hours each week.
